Posting Your Mobile


Posting Procedure for Mobile Phones Remove your sim card and memory card from the phone, please include the battery and try to ensure it is fully charged, if possible.

Please post the full device for repair, if for some reason only the motherboard is posted, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that might occur from customers own assembly.

Please ensure you include a charged battery with your device and remove any passcode that might be present. This is to allow testing of the device after repair. If for some reason you prefer not to remove passcode then we will test as much as possible but cannot be held responsible for full functional testing.

Ensure phone is well packaged in a jiffy bag or bubble wrap.

Print the repair form or include a note with your name, address and nature of fault, also price quoted, dont forget a contact number too.

Posting your Mobile Phones to us Send the phone to us but please be aware we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery only, this service gives insurance of upto £500, it is your responsibility to get the phone to us safely.

On arrival, we will quickly supply you with an estimate, if you have been quoted already, we will carryout the repairs as quickly as possible. Please be aware, some parts may have to be ordered and this will cause a slight delay in getting the phone back to you, we will keep you informed via email or telephone call.

Should the repairs cost more than originally quoted, we will inform you first before proceeding, to get your permission. If you decide not to go ahead, the phone will be returned and only postage charge requested, on the other hand, we can dispose of the phone, there would be no charge for this service.

When the phone is repaired, we will contact you for payment via Paypal or Cheque, once received, phone will be returned via Special Delivery, if for any reason you are not happy when you receive your phone, please get in touch as soon as possible.
