Posting Your Laptop

Posting Procedure for Laptops It is very important to obtain an agreed estimate before posting your laptop to us.

Please ensure your laptop is well packaged, preferably use the original box it came in but if this is no longer available then please wrap your laptop well with bubble wrap then place it in a secure box. We need it to arrive in the same conditon it is when you post.

Print and include the repair form in the parcel so we can register your laptop with your name, address, contact number and the price we estimated previously.

We would recommend to use a courier company for postage, this will work out the most economical and it can be tracked too, ensure it is insured to its full value incase of accidents during transit etc.

On arrival we will confirm receipt and begin the repair as required, should we come across anything unexpected, we will contact you to keep you informed and have your consent to carry on.

Once the repairs are carried out and the laptop fully tested, we will contact you and arrange for you to pay, once payment is received, we will return the laptop safely and securely, fully insured.

Should you wish to hand deliver your laptop, this is not a problem, here you can fully explain and discuss the problem face to face, drop off and payment can be arranged once the problem is sorted or you can pay on collection.
